Hey everyone! If you're inspired to try out wushu, here are two basic exercises to get you started! In this video, Instructor Aaron will teach you the 马步, or Horse Stance. Followed by the 爆拳 (Exploding First) that leads into the 长拳 (or Long Fist). Practising along with our instructor is our very own Aaron Chan!
